Abbraccio

An embrace

What is this happiness that keeps coming in waves?

Abbraccio and baci are two of the best Italian words: A big embrace, and kisses. Bacione, a big kiss is even better, as is abbraccio caldo, a very warm hug. Tuscans are outgoing, spontaneous, and effusive—maybe that’s why their wines are, too. The ambiance of the table never feels like a dinner party, but as if, somehow, you’ve come home.

Vinification: Produced with selected grapes of Trebbiano and Chardonnay Grechetto of Luna de Monte vineyards Castellani and Three Hills in Monte S. Savino Arezzo. The good exposure of the vineyards, the sun-drenched grapes themselves, vinification at controlled temperature and a rigorous aging in bottle, make this wonderful white wine typical of this special DOC vineyard.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw in color, Abbraccio’s bouquet is elegant, fine and delicate. Fresh and harmonious and with a persistent aftertaste, Abbraccio is for any occasion that requires a beautiful white wine with a great personality.

Serving Suggestions: This elegant wine drinks well on its own, or pairs with crisp vegetables, creamy cheeses and cured meats, and a range of entrees from fish to lighter meats.
